We believe discipleship and leadership development go hand in hand. Through our Schools of Ministry, mentorship programs, and tools like The Lord’s Prayer Workshop, we help believers grow in their identity, calling, and understanding of God’s Word. From new Christians beginning their journey to experienced leaders deepening their impact, our training is designed to be both biblical and practical—anchored in truth and adaptable to real-life ministry. With thousands already impacted across Latin America, and new translations now reaching Europe and beyond, this work continues to multiply.
Uniting Leaders to Refocus, Recharge, and Go Again
In every region where we serve, Mission Bases creates space for leaders to step away from routine and reconnect with their purpose. Our annual and regional conferences bring together pastors, missionaries, and servant-leaders for a time of encouragement, worship, and biblical teaching. These gatherings help leaders refocus their vision, recharge their hearts, and return to their communities renewed and ready to continue the work God has placed in their hands.
